Wiipurilaisen Osakunnan stipendisäätiö is a foundation established in 2003, whose purpose is to:

1. Primarily support the studies and research of current and former Wiipurilainen Osakunta members studying and pursuing postgraduate studies at the University of Helsinki.
2. Secondarily a) support the studies of current and former Wiipurilainen Osakunta members at universities other than the University of Helsinki. b) support research carried out by current and former Wiipurilainen Osakunta members at colleges of art and science other than the University of Helsinki. c) Support current members of Östra Finlands Nation at the University of Helsinki and other universities. d) support Wiipurilainen Osakunta activity and members’ hobby activities. 
3. Thirdly, support the traditions and cultural history of the Wiipurilainen Osakunta as well as the Viipuri and Karelian spirit embodied by the osakunta. The foundation fulfils its purpose by distributing scholarships, grants and awards.
