WiO offers affordable accommodation for active osakunta members. The Osakunta has 23 apartments, which are all studios or one bedroom apartments. The application period for these apartments is yearly at the end of winter such that about half of the apartments are available in even years and about half available in odd years. Apartment leasing is based on how active applicants are in the osakunta and their academic progress. 

A majority of the apartments are located in Vallila in Mäkelänrinne 5A, with good transport connections to the city centre and university. The building belongs to Ylioppilasasuntolasäätiö and was renovated in 1994. Sauna has been renovated in 2026. The building includes a fixed internet connection in all apartments. The rental cost of apartments varies between 16 and 19 €/m². The available apartment sizes are as follows:

• 18 m² small studio apartments (4) floor plan
• 28 m² small one bedroom apartments (10) floor plan
• 47 m² one bedroom apartments (5) floor plan

Additionally, Wiipurilaisen Osakunnan Stipendisäätiö owns four studio apartments, whose application process is the same as that of the apartments in Mäkelänrinne 5A: two studios on Sturenkatu (27 m² and 29 m²), one studio on Aleksis Kiven Katu (29 m²) and one studio on Helsinginkuja (25 m²).
